Ohio, October 9, 2011

Ohio

That takes us to our current location.  We left Chicago on Friday, stopping at a campground in Ohio, on our way to Niagara Falls.  We decided to take a couple extra days to explore Ohio.
Our Ohio campsite...corn anyone?

Yesterday we headed to thePro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio. Steve was in heaven, and I also enjoyed the visit.

"Hey Terry, le'me give you the name of my barber!"
At five o’clock when we left, we decided to drive through the Amish Country that was about 30 miles away.  The next thing we knew it was getting dark, so we programmed our Garmin to take us back to camp.  What an adventure that was, it took us on every little country road for almost two hours.
We cracked up at the Amish buggies driving in the dark, we even saw some with off-road type lights, high tech for them!  We finally made it back to camp, safe and sound.

Today was a day of rest, we left late afternoon to go into town for dinner.  We stumbled across an authentic Mexican restaurant with the best margaritas!  Not to mention it was also happy hour.  This satisfied the craving we have been having since we left California.  On the way home we stopped by Target for a couple of things, this was quite fun because we were both “giggly” from the awesome margaritas.
These Ohio Mexicans make a pretty good margarita.

Back home now, for a relaxing evening.  Off to Niagara Falls tomorrow.
